Canadian Supreme Court OK's Group Sex in Clubs!

In a very liberal decision that changes the way crime is viewed in Canada, the Supreme Court OK'd group sex in clubs. Saying that the activity in no way threatens society, they raised the bar and set a new standard for what can be prosecuted under Canadian law.

"Criminal indecency or obscenity must rest on actual harm or a significant risk of harm to individuals or society" - Canadian Supreme Court

It seems that now only activities that are a threat to society or an individual can be prosecuted. So victimless crimes such as marijuana smoking, may now be reconsidered as not harming society as a whole.

Canada has gone it's own way on social issues, often angering the US government with it's liberal attitude towards sex and drugs. Canada recently OK'd gay marriage too.
