Christiania, the famous hippie community in Copenhagen is on the verge of being shutdown by the Danish government because business interests want to develop the site. The government has also been cracking down on the sale of marijuana and hashish in the community, and many of the 7000 protesters were openly smoking marijuana to protest that as well.
