(User Info ) | | I understand what you are saying, but marijuana should have never been made illegal in the first place. some people use weed to get away from it all, sometimes even to hide from depression. however, some people use food to hide from depression, its not illegal to eat is it. and other people spend excessively to hide from their depression, its not illegal to go shopping. anyways i think i made my point clear. |

(User Info ) | It sounds like you've never smoked...is this true? The fact is the people you described have far worse problems than marijuana, did they have some sort of mental illness? (and don't say addiction, because marijuana has no addictive content). Its funny how you use the natural thing against us, the fact is natural food is better than processed food, am I right? If you want to smoke something wouldn't it be better to smoke a natural herb that relaxes you instead of a stick of chemically poisoned tobacco leaves that can give you cancer? Now your probably asking your self, doesn't marijuana cause cancer? NO! It helps cancer patients, now inhaling any type of smoke you are putting your self at risk, buy you can also eat marijuana, and marijuana/hemp contains the most protein of any plant, even higher than the ever popular soy! So I must say that marijuana should be legal, and the whole process in which it was made illegal is bullshit. the president was fooled by false propaganda films. And yes they are false they stated things such as "marijuana will kill you!" "it will make you go insane" "it will make you kill" "it will cause you to become addicted to heroin", and not until 1969 the first test was done and proven to be harmless....it wasn’t studied till 32 years later! And they arrested the most innocent people in the world. And even today the same mind set is still locked in the minds of Americans. The truth is this: thousands of years ago in Asia, a man stumbled upon a plant that was given to us by Gia/god/ mother nature......whatever the creed.....this was given to us and the government has no right to tell me in the supposedly free country that I cannot grow or smoke my herb.... peace
